    Hi and welcome to Mobile Bodies.

     

    I hope to inspire, motivate, educate and facilitate individuals of all ages to continually MOVE toward greatness. With daily rituals of recovery and movement comes less pain, physical injuries, improved balance, youthfulness and a better quality of life!


    It started 25 years ago when I decided to commit myself to the betterment of others and myself.
    As a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Naturopathic Physician (inactive), Movement Coach, world traveller, lover of learning new skills. I look forward to sharing my knowledge with you to help you take small steps to better your physical body and how it relates and interacts with the world.

    Becoming a client is easy.

    If you're here you are interested in making massage part of your life.

    Becoming a client is easy. Go to the book now button and fill out the form. I will gather some details for our appointment and get you set up in my system.

    It's that simple.

    Screening

    Unfortunately, we need to take a few extra measures to stay safe together. 24 hours prior to your appointment you will receive a covid-19 screening questionnaire that should only take a moment of your time.

    Arrival

    Once I arrive at your location I will call or message you that I have arrived, gather all of my items and you can direct me to your chosen location. If you have questions regarding anything at all feel free to review my FAQ page.

    Appointment

    During your appointment I will evaluate, assess, treat with continual home care is usually recommended in between appointments for optimal benefits. All services are customized to your needs.

    Billing

    All payments will be made at the time of service. The account that was set up for booking will also take care of your billing needs. With the current state of affairs, I recommend keeping a credit card on file for safety and convenience reasons. If you prefer, cash or E-transfers are accepted as well. Once payment has been submitted a receipt will be emailed to you.

     

    I do not offer direct billing at this time Please check your benefits for coverage.
