It's all about educating you to understand yourself better.

    Massage Therapy

    (In-home)

It's the sum that makes the individual not the parts.

Massage therapy is an umbrella term for various techniques that usually involve hands-on communication via the soft tissues of the body to decompress, release, lengthen, thus creating more space (wiggle room) for tissues in our body. In return, our bodies will thank us for the improved sensory input, increased blood flow, reduction in pain and overall better quality of life.

    Movement Education

    (In-home)

Changing the way you move will change the way you feel.

Moving might seem like second nature to most of us but I will challenge you to re-think how well you move?

We are not all built the same nor should we all move the same. Move better now and your body will thank you later.
